Chrissy Teigen, the 38-year-old model and cookbook author, may be a seasoned pro on the red carpet, but she still battles with anxiety before every event. On Wednesday, she shared a photo on her Instagram Story revealing her “anxiety hives” ahead of attending a screening of Netflix’s A Man In Full at the Tudum Theater in Hollywood.

In the photo, Chrissy zoomed in on her chest to show the red splotches caused by her anxiety. Despite the flare-up, she looked stunning in a black and yellow polka dot dress with a plunging neckline and thigh split, posing for photos with her husband, John Legend.

Chrissy has been open about her struggles with anxiety, revealing in a Glamour interview that she often finds it physically painful to think about doing things. She also spoke about her battle with postpartum depression after the birth of her first child, Luna, now eight.

In 2017, Chrissy publicly revealed her diagnosis in an essay for Glamour, hoping to help others who may be going through similar experiences. She emphasized the importance of being open about mental health struggles and not feeling embarrassed or alone.

Now a mother of four, Chrissy continues to advocate for mental health awareness and support. Despite her challenges, she remains a strong advocate for breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
