Brooke Nuneviller: From High School Star to Professional Volleyball Player Eyeing Olympics

Tempe native and Corona del Sol alumna, Brooke Nuneviller, has always been a standout athlete. From winning the 6A state title in high school to playing for the Oregon Ducks in college, Nuneviller’s volleyball career has been nothing short of impressive. But what sets her apart is her dedication to not only training but also her nutrition.

Nuneviller credits her success to her focus on cooking and eating right. She realized the impact of food on her performance during her junior year of college and made a conscious effort to make healthier choices. This shift in her diet not only improved her physical shape but also enhanced her game on the court.

Her hard work paid off as she went on to play professionally in Turkey before joining the Omaha Supernovas in the Pro Volleyball Federation. Now, Nuneviller has her sights set on a bigger goal – making the Olympic roster. Despite being an undersized outside hitter, she remains determined to prove herself and earn a spot on the team.

With the support of her coach, Ben Maxfield, and her mother, who also has a volleyball background, Nuneviller is confident in her abilities. She understands the challenges ahead but is willing to give her all to achieve her dream of representing the United States at the Olympics.
