We’re always open to new ideas – from wherever and whoever they come.The Role:As a Community Events Manager (CEM), you will play a crucial role in managing community events and engagement programs that align with Aiven’s goals and values. You will be responsible for the logistical planning, promotion, and delivery of various types of events and programs that support the Aiven User Community, including OSDI (Open Source Data Infrastructure) meetups, user groups, first and third party digital community channels and more. You will also build and maintain a roster of external speakers to ensure Aiven has a cross-functional bureau of trained speakers representing an array of topics. Additional growth opportunities include support of third-party conferences as needed.If you are passionate about building communities, delivering engaging and impactful events, and are a strong facilitator with a proven track record in event & program management, you may be a great fit.What You’ll Do:OSDI Meetup Program Management:
