Creating a Finance Student Community on Campus

Bailey Mullen, a member of the Class of 2026 at Pace University, is making waves on campus as he pursues a BBA in Finance. Not content with just attending classes, Bailey is actively involved in campus life as the President of the Undergraduate Finance Club and the Finance Director of Zeta Beta Tau.

Recognizing the need for a community of students interested in finance, Bailey took the initiative to create the Undergraduate Finance Club. Since its inception, Bailey and his team have organized weekly events aimed at preparing students for successful careers in finance.

Bailey’s decision to attend Pace University and the Lubin School of Business was driven by his desire to immerse himself in the financial hub of New York City. He believes that the opportunities offered at Pace and Lubin are unparalleled and have provided him with experiences that other institutions could not match.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Bailey also works as a Universal Banker at Citi, where he has honed his time management and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Despite his busy schedule, Bailey finds fulfillment in balancing his work responsibilities with his full-time class schedule.

Bailey’s advice to other Lubin students is to get involved early, network diligently, and seek guidance from professors. He believes that leveraging the insights of faculty members can be invaluable in preparing for a successful career in finance.
