Crystal Springs Resort, nestled in the Appalachian Valley, has recently made a significant change in its property-management system, opting to return to Maestro PMS. This decision has had a profound impact on the operations of both of its hotels – Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge.
Sherif Ayoub, General Manager of Minerals Hotel, emphasized the importance of a property-management system that can share information, communicate effectively between departments, and provide reliable reporting. He praised Maestro PMS for its internal logic and comprehensive capabilities, which cover the diverse range of services offered by the resort without the need for multiple integrations with other partners.
Daniella Testino-Lesina, Reflections Spa director at Grand Cascades Lodge, highlighted the challenges faced with the previous PMS system, which led to inaccuracies in information flow between departments and dissatisfied guests. With the return of Maestro PMS, communication has improved significantly, leading to smoother operations and enhanced guest experiences.
The integrated software suite provided by Maestro PMS includes modules for front desk and reservations, spa operations, event management, sales and catering, billing and point of sale, training and online eLearning, online booking engine, and business intelligence analytics. This comprehensive solution has not only improved data management on the property but also enhanced training and onboarding tools for new employees.
Nicole Sisco, director of the front desk at Grand Cascades Lodge, praised Maestro PMS for its continuous learning capabilities, while Testino-Lesina commended the system’s training and support resources. With Maestro PMS in place, Crystal Springs Resort is poised to deliver exceptional guest experiences and streamline its operations effectively.
