Additionally, Dandi provides live 1:1 support from fertility nurses to assist patients through the injection process in real-time. They also offer expert fertility consultations for women at any stage of their family planning journey.

The idea for Dandi was born out of Chief Clinical Officer Leyla Bilali’s experience as a fertility nurse at a busy New York City fertility clinic. Bilali saw firsthand the lack of personalized support that patients received due to high patient volumes. This inspired her to start her own fertility concierge business in 2017, offering services such as fertility consultations and assistance with IVF medication administration.

CEO Jake Kent, who had previously worked on products to help people through the IVF injection process, joined forces with Bilali after witnessing a family member struggle with fertility treatments. Together, they identified the need for physical products and virtual care to support patients through every step of the fertility journey.

Dandi’s core offerings include the IVF Care Kit, live injection support from fertility nurses, fertility consultations, and a community element moderated by Bilali and her team. The IVF Care Kit includes items such as a compression belt, cooling pad insert, heating pad insert, massage ball, and shot targets to make the injection process more comfortable. Live injection support and fertility consultations are available for patients at any stage of their fertility journey.
