Reading Time: < 1 minute

Former UFC welterweight title challenger Darren Till is making waves with his ambitious plans for the future. After leaving the UFC in 2023 to pursue boxing, Till has yet to step into the ring for a match. However, he recently announced that he will make his boxing debut against former WBC middleweight champion Julio César Chávez Jr. on July 20 as part of the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson card.

But Till’s boxing venture is just a temporary stop on his journey. In a recent interview on The MMA Hour, Till boldly declared his intention to win a UFC title. Despite a three-fight losing streak in the UFC before his departure, Till remains confident in his abilities and believes he can achieve his goal.

Reflecting on his past decisions in the UFC, Till admitted to mismanaging himself and making poor choices that hindered his career. However, he is determined to rectify those mistakes and prove his worth in the octagon once again. Till plans to spend the next two years in boxing, aiming to make millions before returning to the UFC for a shot at the title.

With unwavering confidence and a clear vision for his future, Till is manifesting his dreams and focusing on his ultimate goal of becoming a UFC champion. Only time will tell if Till’s ambitious plans will come to fruition, but one thing is certain – he is not backing down from the challenge.
