We need a database developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates.This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Qualified candidates must have experience supporting VBA (Veterans Benefits Administration).Required skills:

5+ years experience in an information technology role
3+ years designing, developing, and releasing Oracle PL/SQL Stored Procedures
3+ years unit testing of application and stored procedure code
3+ years developing, modifying, and maintaining client/server application
Develop/implement regression testing scripts
Documenting and testing release management documentation
Support technical writing activities
Knowledge of Agile methodologies or the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or technical equivalent
MUST have experience working for the Veterans Affairs Department and specifically, VBA (Veterans Benefits Administration)

Nice to Have:

Release Management experience Support technical writing activities
Update 4+1 and other architecture documents
