Detroit and Switzerland to be the first locations for Wyndham’s star-studded lifestyle hotel brand

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is making waves in the hospitality industry with the announcement of their new lifestyle hotel brand, Project HQ Hotel & Residences. Developed in partnership with renowned hotel maven Sam Nazarian and Grammy Award winner Marc Anthony, this brand is set to offer a unique and attainable experience for travelers.

The first confirmed locations for Project HQ are set to open in Detroit and Montreux, Switzerland. With rates averaging around $250 per night, this brand aims to provide a more accessible option compared to other luxury lifestyle hotel brands in the market.

Sam Nazarian, the founder and CEO of SBE, brings his wealth of experience in the lifestyle hotel industry to the table, while Marc Anthony’s investment through his company, Magnus, is expected to boost brand awareness among key demographics.

The Park Avenue House in Detroit and the Royal Plaza & Villa Toscane in Montreux are the first properties to be affiliated with Project HQ. The Detroit location will feature a specialty restaurant from SBE’s Disruptive Restaurant Group, while the Montreux property will offer two restaurants, a cocktail bar, a coffee shop, a spa, and a fitness center.

With plans for more than 10 additional hotels in the works, Wyndham aims to have 50 Project HQ hotels open by 2030. CEO Geoff Ballotti expressed excitement about the brand’s potential, citing the strong interest from owners looking to tap into the smart lifestyle category created by SBE.

As Project HQ continues to expand, travelers can look forward to a fresh and innovative hotel experience that combines the best of luxury and accessibility.
