We’re looking for a seasoned DevOps engineer with the skills to automate repeatable processes, develop integrated solutions, and help deliver a seamless cloud deployment and reporting platform.
The candidate will have demonstrable experience coding and scripting using languages like Python, JavaScript, etc.
Understand serverless architectures and continuous integration & deployment (CI/CD), plus GraphQL and RESTful API development.
Understand infrastructure-as-code technologies (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation), source code management (GitHub) as it relates to the developer experience.
Build automation skills (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) are also required.
Our preferred candidate is a team-player and a self-starter with a passion for learning and growing. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a highly technical audience are desired qualifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline or any combination of equivalent relevant education, training, and experience.
3+ years of development experience using AWS.
5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
Proficient in programming using two or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, Groovy, Java.
Experience in designing and consuming Rest and GraphQL APIs.
Experience in containerization using Docker.
Experience setting up, maintaining, and automating continuous integration systems.
Strong working knowledge of Containerization with Kubernetes.
Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Experience working on a Platform as a Service (PaaS) team.
