“Tillu Square” Continues to Shine at the Box Office
The much-anticipated sequel to DJ Tillu, titled “Tillu Square,” has been making waves at the box office since its release on March 29. Starring Siddu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles, the film has been receiving rave reviews for its comic content and solid entertainment value.
According to tracking website Sacnilk, “Tillu Square” has managed to collect an impressive Rs 49 crore net in India by its seventh day in theaters. The film saw a business of Rs 6.25 crore net on Monday, followed by Rs 4.4 crore net on Tuesday, Rs 3.15 crore net on Wednesday, and Rs 2.65 crore net on Thursday. With the film on track to cross the Rs 50 crore mark, it is evident that audiences are thoroughly enjoying the sequel.
With a reported Telugu occupancy of 23 percent on Thursday, “Tillu Square” continues to attract audiences nationwide, further solidifying its position at the box office. The comedy-drama has also managed to earn Rs 75 crore worldwide, showcasing its appeal beyond just the Indian market.
