The Cleveland Cavaliers pulled off a stunning comeback victory against the Orlando Magic in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference playoffs, securing a spot in the second round. Led by Donovan Mitchell’s 39 points and Caris LeVert’s 15, the Cavs overcame an 18-point deficit in the first half to win 106-94.

Mitchell, who has been battling a left knee injury, put the team on his back and carried them to victory. Evan Mobley’s 16 rebounds and Darius Garland’s crucial 3-pointer in the fourth quarter also played a significant role in the win.

The Cavs will now face the top-seeded Boston Celtics in the second round, starting with Game 1 on Tuesday. The Cleveland crowd was ecstatic, chanting “We want Boston!” as the team secured the win.

Paolo Banchero led the Magic with 38 points and 16 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Cavs’ strong performance. Orlando’s Franz Wagner and Jalen Suggs struggled from the field, shooting a combined 3 of 28.

Cleveland’s defensive intensity in the third quarter turned the tide of the game, outscoring Orlando 33-15. Despite missing starting center Jarrett Allen due to injury, the Cavs showed resilience and determination to secure the series win.

The victory marks Cleveland’s first playoff series win without LeBron James since 1993, signaling a new era for the team. The Cavs took a significant step towards their championship aspirations with this hard-fought win.
