Three leading Irish female entrepreneurs will be sharing their insights and experiences at an Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs event with THRIVE4women at Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) on Wednesday, May 8th.

Adrienne Magnier of Zarasyl, Aisling Kirwan of Positive Carbon, and Sinéad Crowther of Soothing Solutions will be speaking at the event, which is supported by Enterprise Ireland and KPMG. The event aims to inspire women with entrepreneurial ambitions to start their own businesses and provide them with the necessary support.

Sinéad Crowther, co-founder of Soothing Solutions, was named the Enterprise Ireland High-Potential Start-Up (HPSU) Founder of the Year for 2023. Adrienne Magnier founded Zarasyl in 2018 to bring innovative dermatological and wound care products to the global animal health market. Aisling Kirwan is the co-founder of Positive Carbon, which helps commercial kitchens reduce food waste and reach sustainability goals.

The event will be hosted by Thrive4Women and will feature Paula Fitzsimons as the MC. Lavina McGahon, Manager of the THRIVE4Women Programme, expressed excitement about the event, stating that it will provide a platform for successful female entrepreneurs to share their stories of resilience and success.

Paula Fitzsimons, National Director of Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs, highlighted the importance of increasing the number of female-led innovative businesses focused on export markets.
