East Hamilton Boys and Soddy Daisy Girls Win 6-AA Tennis Championships

The Soddy Daisy girls tennis team emerged victorious in a thrilling showdown against East Hamilton to claim the District 6-AA championship on Wednesday afternoon. The match marked the third meeting between the two teams this year, with the stakes higher than ever as they battled for the coveted title.

In a display of skill and determination, the Soddy Daisy girls remained undefeated and secured their championship with a hard-fought 4-0 victory. The team, consisting of Channa Hernandez, Laura Jenkins, Wetherly Barker, Paige Martin, Leah Daniels, Anna Morgan, and Coach Derrick Fussell, showcased their talent and teamwork to clinch the title.
