The company is establishing a new division focused on ventilation hygiene in the hospitality sector, with services certified to meet the TR19® Grease specification. This set of rigorous standards, issued by the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA), is designed to address fire risk management related to grease buildup in kitchen extraction systems.

Additionally, PERFECT Clean is expanding its offerings with a team of technicians specializing in advanced mould removal. This move comes as the company celebrates its 13th year in business, with a client roster that includes prestigious names such as City of Edinburgh Council, Falkirk Council, and several universities.

Managing director Emilia Ferenc emphasized the importance of the TR19® Grease certification in ensuring fire safety compliance, especially in the wake of the pandemic. The company’s Health and Safety Manager is qualified to provide BESA TR19 Grease training and certification for new employees, offering clients in the hospitality sector peace of mind.

The new mould team will introduce an innovative solution called PerfectBarrier+, designed to prevent the return of spores and maintain long-term cleanliness in commercial spaces. This eco-friendly technology, developed in-house by PERFECT Clean’s technicians, utilizes HEPA filtration systems to trap mould spores and create a clean environment free from airborne contaminants.
