The presence of Emirates Airlines at the Uttar Pradesh tourism pavilion showcased the state’s diverse range of attractions, including religious sites like the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, as well as natural wonders like the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve. Prateek Heera, President of the Indian Association of Tour Operators, disclosed that talks were held with Emirates Airlines representatives regarding the potential launch of flights to Lucknow. The choice of Lucknow as a destination is based on its status as the capital of Uttar Pradesh and its excellent airport facilities, making it an ideal entry point for travelers from other districts.

Mukesh Kumar Meshram, Principal Secretary of the Department of Tourism and Culture, expressed optimism about the impact of promoting Uttar Pradesh’s tourism offerings at the Arabian Travel Market.
