Empowering Women: The 1st Infantry Division’s Women’s Health Seminar

The 1st Infantry Division Holistic Health and Fitness team made a significant impact by hosting a Women’s Health Seminar and Women’s History Month Celebration at Riley’s Community Center in Fort Riley, Kansas. The event, held on March 26, focused on performance optimization and injury prevention for female Soldiers, highlighting the unique physical demands and considerations they face.
