Emraan Hashmi Shooting for ‘Ground Zero’ in Kashmir Creates Buzz Among Fans

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], April 21: Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi is currently in Kashmir shooting for his upcoming film ‘Ground Zero,’ and the excitement among fans is palpable.

Videos and images from the set location in Baramulla have been circulating online, showing a crowd of fans getting thrilled at the sight of Emraan. The actor was spotted wearing an Indian army uniform, adding to the intrigue of the film.

Directed by Tejas Vijay Deoskar, known for his work in Marathi cinema, ‘Ground Zero’ features Emraan in the role of an Indian army officer. The film is being produced by Excel Entertainment, the banner owned by actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.

In 2022, rumors of Emraan being injured in a stone-pelting incident in Pahalgam, Kashmir, caused concern among fans. However, the actor took to social media to clarify that the news was inaccurate and reassured his fans of his well-being.

Apart from ‘Ground Zero,’ Emraan is also set to make his Telugu film debut in ‘They Call Him OG,’ alongside Priyanka Arul Mohan, Arjun Das, and Prakash Raj. The film is scheduled for release in September this year.
