Sara Ali Khan, the talented Bollywood actress, is gearing up for her upcoming film ‘Metro…In Dino’. The actress recently shared a sneak peek into her shoot day, giving fans a glimpse of her ‘long drive’ to the sets.
In a series of Instagram stories, Sara can be seen smiling and posing for the camera while en route to the set in a car. Making the most of her time stuck in traffic, she even did an ice facial, using an ice cube to reduce puffiness and flaunting her afterglow.
Directed by Anurag Basu, ‘Metro…In Dino’ is an anthology film that features a stellar cast including Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, and Konkona Sen Sharma in lead roles. This film marks the second collaboration between Aditya and Basu, following their work together in ‘Ludo’.
The movie is said to showcase bittersweet tales of human relationships set in contemporary times. Meanwhile, Sara is also receiving praise for her performance in ‘Murder Mubarak’, directed by Homi Adajania, where she stars alongside Pankaj Tripathi, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, and Tisca Chopra.
Sara’s recent release ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’, based on pre-Independence India and the life of freedom fighter Usha Mehta, has been well-received. The series, currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video, also features Emraan Hashmi in a special appearance as nationalist and freedom fighter Ram Manohar Lohia.
