As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a talented ERP System Administrator with expertise in NetSuite software to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing their ERP system to support and drive business objectives.Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced ERP System Administrator with a deep understanding of NetSuite software to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency.Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite ERP system to support business processes and requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system improvements.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and reports to automate processes and streamline operations.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.
Monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues, and implement solutions to optimize system uptime and reliability.
Provide training and support to end users to maximize utilization of NetSuite functionality.
Stay current with NetSuite updates, patches, and releases, and coordinate system upgrades as needed.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience as an ERP System Administrator, with a focus on NetSuite software.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools.
Experience with data migration, integration, and customization in NetSuite environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
NetSuite Administrator or Developer certification preferred.
