Ex-British Marine transitions into fitness business in UAE following accident

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Former British military commando Cyrus Rustom’s journey from a near-death accident in Afghanistan to becoming a successful fitness entrepreneur in Dubai is nothing short of inspiring. After being severely injured in a military accident in 2006, Rustom found a new perspective on life through a chance encounter with a grieving father in the hospital.

This life-changing experience led Rustom to pursue a career in fitness, starting as a personal trainer and eventually becoming the owner of a successful fitness facility that now generates Dh4 million per year. Despite facing challenges during the lockdown in 2020, Rustom and his business partner invested Dh2 million to start a fitness gym, which has since expanded to include a coffee and smoothie bar, an indoor cycling studio, and outdoor training space.

Rustom’s key to success lies in his ability to adapt and reinvest back into his business. By continuously reinvesting in his company, Rustom has seen a significant increase in visitors and plans to expand further in the future. His focus on creating value and building income has allowed him to achieve success both in business and as a father.

As Rustom looks towards the future, he remains optimistic about the potential of Bitcoin and believes that taking risks is essential for achieving life-changing success. With his determination and entrepreneurial spirit, Rustom’s story serves as a reminder that with hard work and perseverance, anything is possible.
