Iran’s Aerial Attack on Israel Raises Concerns of Multi-Front War

In a shocking turn of events, Iran launched its first-ever aerial attack on Israel, sending approximately 500 drones and missiles towards the Jewish state. The attack, which took place on Saturday, has raised concerns of a potential multi-front war, with experts warning of the involvement of Hezbollah, a terror group based in southern Lebanon.

Middle East expert Bruce Hoffman expressed his concerns, stating, “Everyone is talking about Iran, but what’s Hezbollah going to do? Israel could face attacks on two fronts.” He highlighted the threat posed by Hezbollah’s arsenal of over 130,000 rockets and missiles, supplied by Iran, which have the capability to reach all of Israel.

The Center for Strategic and International Studies also issued a report, warning that Israel would face a “far more formidable” enemy in Hezbollah compared to the Palestinian group Hamas, with whom Israel has been engaged in a six-month conflict.

“Our defense systems are deployed, and we are prepared for any scenario, both in defense and offense. The State of Israel is strong, the IDF is strong, the public is strong,” Netanyahu stated.
