Seton Hall University is offering an exciting opportunity for student entrepreneurs with innovative startup ideas through the Pirates LaunchPad Summer Accelerator Program. This program, now in its fifth year, aims to help students turn their business ideas into reality and propel their ventures to the next level.

The Pirates LaunchPad program utilizes lean startup methodology to guide student entrepreneurs through an eight-week summer program. Participants will engage in virtual group meetings with entrepreneurship faculty and guest speakers, as well as receive individualized coaching sessions with successful alumni entrepreneurs. The program runs from May 31 to July 26, with weekly Friday morning meetings (excluding July 5).

Students who are already working on a startup business model or have launched a startup are eligible to apply for the program. They can apply as solopreneurs or in teams of up to four students. Successful completion of the program can earn student entrepreneurs seed funding stipends of up to $2,000 for their ventures.

Previous participants of the Pirates LaunchPad program have shared their success stories, highlighting how the program provided them with the tools, support, and network needed to launch and expand their businesses. From launching a food business to opening a retail store, the program has helped students achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
