First Hospitality, a national hotel operating, management, and development company, is making significant strides in expanding its portfolio of lifestyle properties and restaurants. With the recent assumption of management and operations of Hotel Ardent in Dayton, OH, Lively Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK, and the opening of Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu, First Hospitality now boasts over 25 lifestyle properties and 30 restaurants in its overall portfolio of 70 hotels.

Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu, which opened its doors on May 1, is a 130-room hotel designed to reflect the vibrant NuLu neighborhood. The hotel offers lively settings for social gatherings and events, as well as stylish spaces for guests to rest and recharge. With two dining options – Moonsong Bar + Café on the first floor and High Stakes Grill, a rooftop restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining options – Tempo by Hilton provides a unique experience for both locals and travelers.

Hotel Ardent, located in downtown Dayton, OH, is set to open this fall as a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property. The 118-key boutique hotel will feature Bistecca, a Tuscan steakhouse inspired by Florence, Italy, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with handmade pastas and a wood-fire grill. First Hospitality will manage both the hotel and the restaurant to ensure a seamless guest experience.

In Oklahoma City, First Hospitality is partnering with Veritas Development and Gatehouse Capital to develop Lively Hotel at OAK, scheduled to open in late August. This 132-key boutique hotel will be part of OAK, a new mixed-use community, and will mark First Hospitality’s first property in Oklahoma. The hotel will also feature Cloud Puncher, a restaurant managed by First Hospitality, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with poolside service.

David Duncan, CEO of First Hospitality and First Investors, expressed excitement about the company’s growth in lifestyle developments, particularly in new markets. With a focus on expanding in lifestyle accommodations and restaurants, First Hospitality is leveraging its expert teams and proprietary technology to drive growth as it approaches its 40-year milestone.

Additionally, First Hospitality is set to open its first international property, Carnivale Bahamas, located on Paradise Island. Following the success of the original Carnivale in Chicago, Carnivale Bahamas will offer a similar pan-Latin cuisine experience with craft cocktails in a 15,000 square foot indoor and outdoor space. The restaurant will cater to indoor fine dining, casual outdoor food and drink, live entertainment, and private events, adding a new energy to Paradise Landing and Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina.

In addition to these developments, First Hospitality recently added Coa and Assembly American Brasserie to its restaurant management portfolio. Coa, located at The Drake Oak Brook in Oak Brook, IL, offers Spanish tapas with a Latin flare and a selection of over 40 tequila and mezcal varieties. Assembly American Brasserie, situated in downtown Toledo, OH, features a main dining room, a private dining room, and a semi-private dining area, providing guests with a variety of dining experiences.

With a focus on innovation and expansion, First Hospitality and First Investors are poised for continued success in the hospitality industry as they continue to invest in new lifestyle properties and restaurants.
