First National Financial Corporation (TSX: FN) announced the successful election of all nominees listed in its Management Information Circular at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 2, 2024. The results of the proxy vote for the election of directors showed overwhelming support for the nominees, with high percentages of votes in favor.

Stephen Smith received 95.10% of votes in favor, Moray Tawse and Jason Ellis both received 95.41%, Duncan Jackman received 93.19%, Robert Mitchell received 97.77%, Barbara Palk received 97.14%, Robert Pearce received 98.25%, Diane Sinhuber received 98.52%, and Martine Irman received 98.24%. The support from shareholders demonstrates confidence in the leadership and direction of the Corporation.
