Former Prosecutor Says Potential Donald Trump Jurors’ Political Views Are Not Grounds for Disqualification

Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner has stated that potential jurors’ political beliefs will not disqualify them from serving in former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial. The trial, set to begin on Monday in Manhattan, involves charges of falsifying business records related to hush money payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels during Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
