Forvia and L&T Technology Services form strategic partnership for ultra-low emissions engineering in Germany and India

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) and FORVIA have joined forces in a strategic partnership worth approximately €45 million, focusing on engineering development activities for the Clean Mobility division. This five-year collaboration involves the transfer of around 300 engineers from FORVIA’s Augsburg and Bangalore sites to LTTS, ensuring a 95% success rate in retaining their skills and expertise.

The partnership aims to provide engineering services for FORVIA while offering career advancement opportunities for the transferred employees. LTTS will also enhance the engineers’ skillsets through exposure to its extensive portfolio and training programs. The agreement includes provisions for reskilling the engineers for potential repositioning within LTTS’ commercial network.
