Fourth Street Standard Celebrates One Year in Business | Latest Updates on News, Sports, and Job Opportunities

Fourth Street Standard, a downtown small business in Steubenville, is celebrating its upcoming one-year anniversary with a bang. Co-owners Trae and Kristen Icuss have created a fast-casual Mexican restaurant that has quickly become a favorite spot for fresh and healthy food in the area.

Located at 106 N. Fourth St., Fourth Street Standard offers customers the option to customize their burritos, tacos, and bowls with fresh ingredients or choose from a selection of “standard selections” if they prefer. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with catering services available as well as online and DoorDash orders.

The husband-and-wife duo behind Fourth Street Standard, Trae and Kristen Icuss, have a passion for cooking and nutrition, which is evident in the quality of their food. Trae, who previously co-founded Fresh-Twist, and Kristen, a trained dietician, joined forces to create a menu that reflects their love for fast-casual Mexican cuisine with a healthy twist.

The restaurant’s emphasis on fresh, house-made ingredients sets it apart from other fast-food options in the area. With unique toppings like broccoli and shrimp, Fourth Street Standard offers a variety of options for both health-conscious eaters and those looking to indulge.

As the restaurant approaches its one-year mark, the Icusses are looking to expand their business hours and hire more staff to meet the growing demand. Despite the upcoming arrival of Chipotle Mexican Grill in the area, the Icusses are confident that Fourth Street Standard’s commitment to taste and quality will continue to set them apart in the competitive food industry.

With a loyal customer base and a dedication to providing fresh and healthy food options, Fourth Street Standard is poised for continued success in the heart of downtown Steubenville.
