From Growing Up on a Greater Manchester Council Estate to Building a Seven-Figure Business

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Brothers Josh, 29, and Adam, 31, have defied the odds by transforming their humble beginnings on a council estate in Oldham into a thriving property business set to be worth seven figures. Growing up in the Shaw Road estate and Clarksfield area, the brothers had a ‘normal’ upbringing before embarking on their individual career paths.

Josh started as a pot washer in a local restaurant, eventually becoming a general manager. Meanwhile, Adam established his own construction company, offering services across the north-west. However, it was Josh’s desire to create a lasting legacy for his family that led the brothers to join forces and launch All Construction Developments UK.

Their property development venture has already seen significant success, with current projects estimated to generate over £2 million. Despite facing setbacks like the Covid pandemic, the brothers persevered and found mentorship from successful property developer Liv Cooke, who helped them navigate the industry.

With nine HMO projects in the pipeline across Tameside and Rochdale, Josh and Adam are on track to achieve their ambitious goals. Looking ahead, Josh envisions expanding into larger commercial conversions and leaving a mark on the Manchester skyline in the next 20 years.

Their journey from a council estate to property moguls is a testament to hard work, determination, and the power of family unity. As they continue to grow their business, the brothers remain focused on building a lasting legacy for future generations.
