Frontline Education Unveils First K-12 Lens Survey Report to Assist K-12 Decision-Making

Frontline Education, a leading provider of administration software for K-12 educators, has released its inaugural “K-12 Lens: A Survey Report from Frontline Education.” This comprehensive report, developed by the Frontline Research & Learning Institute, aims to provide district leaders with critical insights to enhance operations and drive meaningful improvements for staff and students.

Based on survey responses from nearly 700 K-12 administrators nationwide, the report highlights three key opportunities for districts to focus on: growing human capital, supporting students holistically, and protecting essential district resources. The data and insights presented in the report offer guidance and targets for district leaders to strategically improve operations and maximize outcomes.

Some noteworthy findings from the report include:
– 67% of respondents noted increased staffing difficulty in the past year
– 41% reported a staff retention rate between 81 and 90%
– Over 96% believe professional development will lead to greater engagement and retention
– 52% track early warning indicators for grades 1-5
– 1/4 lack confidence in budgeting for future technology needs
– 45% saw decreased funding due to legislative changes
