The Zizzer baseball team had a big win over Parkview last night during Senior Night, with a final score of 13-6. This victory improved the Zizzers’ record to an impressive 23-3 for the season. The team had a strong offensive performance, racking up 13 hits and multiple RBIs from players like Hunter Roberts, Tank Sims, and Ethan Tuma. Tank Sims even hit a homerun during the game. On the pitching side, Hunter Williams pitched a complete game and collected 6 strikeouts to secure the win for the Zizzers.
In other sports news, University of Missouri men’s basketball coaching legend Norm Stewart was recently inducted into the Hall of Famous Missourians. Stewart, who coached the Tigers from 1967 to 1999, led the team to numerous victories and championships during his tenure.
