The Warren County Sports Hall of Fame (WCSHOF) is gearing up for its biannual voting membership drive in preparation for the upcoming induction ceremony in August. The drive, which runs until May 31, allows anyone to join for a $10 membership fee, granting them the opportunity to vote on the upcoming induction class.

The ballot for this year’s induction class includes a diverse group of athletes and coaches, with eight living nominees, two deceased nominees, and two organizations set to be inducted. The WCSHOF prides itself on recognizing the achievements of individuals who have made a significant impact in the world of sports.

Membership into the WCSHOF costs $10 and includes full voting rights for one year. To become a voting member, interested individuals can fill out a form, visit the WCSHOF Facebook page, or contact Nate Sandberg at natesandy31@gmail.com.

Among the nominees for the 2024 WCSHOF class are standout individuals like Andy Horn, a wrestling champion with numerous accolades, Charles Mullen, a legendary football coach, Dean Spiridon, a world-class trap shooter, Donnie Beals, a BMX legend, and Elisha Jones-Kushner, a decorated basketball and track & field athlete.

The WCSHOF is a non-profit organization that relies on the support of its members to fund the induction ceremony and other expenses. By becoming a voting member, individuals can play a crucial role in honoring the achievements of local sports legends.
