The Gladstone Braves had a rollercoaster of a day on Tuesday as they faced off against Menominee in a doubleheader. The first game saw the Braves fall to Menominee with a score of 7-6 after a late-game rally by the Maroons. Despite a strong start, the Braves struggled defensively in the sixth inning, allowing Menominee to take the lead with a series of errors.

However, the Braves quickly bounced back in the second game, dominating Menominee with a 15-0 victory. The team showed great intensity and determination, with standout performances from players like Cooper Sanville and Gavin Frossard. Sanville’s bunt and Frossard’s RBI triple helped the Braves take an early lead, and a seven-run third inning sealed the deal for Gladstone.

Pitcher Gavin Frossard was a key player in the second game, pitching a complete game and shutting out Menominee with three strikeouts and four walks. Despite facing some challenges on the mound, Frossard’s resilience and determination helped secure the win for the Braves.

Overall, it was a day of highs and lows for the Gladstone Braves, but they showed great resilience and teamwork in bouncing back from their loss in the first game. With this victory, the Braves gain confidence and momentum as they continue their season, knowing that they have the skills and determination to overcome any challenges that come their way.
