Under a multimillion pound five-year contract, SVL Business Solutions will provide NBS Group with its NICE CXone and TCaaS solutions, consolidating disparate technologies into one streamlined platform. This partnership will extend to both the financial services side of Newcastle Building Society and Newcastle Strategic Solutions.
SVL Business Solutions, founded in 1967, has been a leader in contact centre solutions for over five decades, offering both traditional and cloud-based products and services.
