Goa Tourism to Showcase Unique Offerings at Great Indian Travel Bazaar 2024
The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, is all set to dazzle at the upcoming 13th edition of the prestigious Great Indian Travel Bazaar (GITB) in Jaipur, Rajasthan from May 5th to May 7th, 2024. Goa will use this platform to highlight its diverse tourism offerings and attract travelers from across the globe.
Visitors to the Goa Tourism Pavilion at GITB can expect to experience a wide range of activities, including water sports, historical landmarks, and vibrant festivals that promise an unforgettable journey. The pavilion will showcase sustainable initiatives under the Regenerative Tourism approach, focusing on hinterland exploration, restoration of natural and cultural assets, and spiritual tourism.
One of the highlights of the Goa Tourism Pavilion will be the Ekadasha Teertha circuit, featuring 11 temples, and the exposition of St. Francis Xavier at the Basilica of Bom Jesus. These events are scheduled to take place later in the year, offering visitors a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the region.
