Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has announced the third installment of his hit franchise, Scam. This time, the focus is on the Subrata Roy saga, titled Scam 2010. Subrata Roy, the founder of the Sahara group, built a business empire spanning finance, real estate, media, and hospitality.
