Former BYU football player Alema Harrington shared his inspiring message with students at Skyridge High School in Lehi on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Harrington, known for his time on the football field and as a broadcaster, presented the A-Game Philosophy to members of the Falcon sports and activity groups.
During his presentation, Harrington opened up about his personal struggles and how he overcame them to develop the A-Game Philosophy with his twin brother, Tau Harrington. The philosophy consists of five key steps: aspire, acquire, apply, achieve, and acknowledge, all aimed at helping individuals reach their full potential.
Harrington emphasized the importance of human connection and finding fulfillment in life, sharing his experiences with addiction and recovery. He spoke about the common traits he observed in successful athletes and business owners, which led to the development of the A-Game Philosophy.
The message resonated with the students at Skyridge High School, as Harrington encouraged them to recognize their potential for greatness and apply the principles in their own lives. He stressed that the concepts are universal and can be applied to both sports and everyday life.
Looking ahead, Harrington expressed his desire to bring the A-Game Philosophy to more schools and groups, hoping to inspire others to strive for success and make a positive impact. To learn more about the A-Game Philosophy, visit http://www.theagameinstitute.com.
