The 54-year-old commissioner allegedly used her badge to gain entry into the Playbar Nightclub and then threatened to shut the establishment down during a drunken confrontation with employees.

According to reports, Martin arrived at the nightclub in the early hours of Saturday morning with a friend and flashed her liquor commissioner badge at the door.
