Henry Cavill announces he and girlfriend Natalie Viscuso are expecting their first child: Overjoyed- Republic World

Henry Cavill, known for his role as Superman in Justice League, is set to become a father soon as he announced that he and his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso are expecting their first baby. The actor confirmed the news himself on the red carpet of a recent event he attended in New York City.

Speaking to Access Hollywood at the premiere of his upcoming film “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare,” Cavill expressed his excitement about the news. He said, “I’m very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that.”

The couple, who have been dating for over two years, made their relationship Instagram official in April 2021. They recently attended the London premiere of Cavill’s movie “Argylle” where they shared a photo of themselves playing chess together. Cavill jokingly captioned the post, “This is me looking quietly confident shortly before my beautiful and brilliant love Natalie, destroys me at chess.”

Natalie also shared the same photo on her Instagram, captioning it, “Teaching my dear Henry how to play some chess…or…maybe he let me win?”

“The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare,” directed by Guy Ritchie, is a fictional retelling of Operation Postmaster, a raid on German and Italian ships during World War II. Cavill plays the role of Major Gus March Phillips in the film, leading a team of misfits to fight the Nazis in a unique and daring way. The film is set to hit theaters worldwide on April 19.
