In softball, Riverhead continues to dominate with an impressive 8-0 record in League I. In their recent game against Half Hollow Hills West, the Blue Waves secured a resounding 14-3 victory, thanks to standout performances from players like Kaysee Mojo and Jordyn Kwasna. Freshman Sophia Viola has also been a key player with a .500 batting average. On the other hand, Shoreham-Wading River is working hard to improve their 5-5 record, with freshman Mia Dettleff and senior Elizabeth Sabino leading the charge.
In baseball, Riverhead is starting to see success with a young team, as they secured a 12-1 win against Central Islip.
