Independent hoteliers from around the world gathered in Toronto last month for the Maestro PMS Users Conference, known as “Accelerate 2024”. The event, hosted by Maestro PMS, the preferred Web Browser based cloud and on-premises all-in-one PMS solution for hotels, shattered past attendance records and left attendees buzzing with excitement.

During the conference, new tools and mobile enhancements were introduced to set hotel operators up for success today and into the future. One of the highlights was the unveiling of Maestro MezzoPay Embedded Payments, a solution that offers seamless and secure credit card transaction capabilities integrated into Maestro PMS for simplified payment processes.

In addition to the embedded payments, Maestro also introduced the Maestro Learning Management System, a tool that revolutionizes training for all users, and the Maestro Client Reference Incentive program, which rewards users for sharing their Maestro PMS experience with their peers.

Integration was also a key focus at the conference, with Maestro’s collection of APIs integrating with hundreds of third-party solutions to streamline operations for hoteliers. Attendees were able to meet with integration partners to explore seamless connections with Maestro.

Overall, the conference was a huge success, with attendees praising Maestro for its commitment to client success and industry-leading innovations. The event showcased the power of collaboration and innovation in the hospitality industry, leaving attendees inspired and ready to embrace the future of hospitality.
