Hyatt Hotels Partners with Peloton for Points Redemption

In a groundbreaking move, Hyatt Hotels has announced a partnership with Peloton that will allow World of Hyatt members to earn points while using Peloton equipment at participating hotels. With over 800 Hyatt properties set to be equipped with Peloton fitness gear by the end of the year, guests can now pedal their way to a Park Hyatt award redemption.

While specific details on when the integration will begin are still forthcoming, Hyatt has promised that loyalty members will soon be able to earn points on qualifying Peloton Bike or Peloton Row workouts. In the meantime, new Peloton users can enjoy a free 60-day trial of the Peloton app and special offers on equipment.

Notably, guests will also have the option to access curated Peloton workouts via in-room TVs at more than 400 participating hotels. This innovative partnership marks Hyatt as the first hospitality brand to reward members for workouts at hotels where Peloton operates.

The competition in the hospitality industry is heating up, with Hilton recently announcing plans to place Peloton bikes in its U.S. hotels. However, unlike Hyatt, Hilton guests will not earn loyalty points for their workouts. Hyatt’s partnership with Peloton will extend to hotels in the U.S., Canada, the UK, Germany, Austria, and Australia, with select luxury and lifestyle properties also receiving the Peloton Row machine.

As travelers increasingly prioritize health and wellness amenities when booking accommodations, Hyatt’s collaboration with Peloton underscores its commitment to providing guests with innovative wellness solutions. Despite recent partnership shifts in the industry, Hyatt remains competitive by expanding its loyalty program offerings with unique and rewarding experiences like the Peloton integration.

For guests looking to combine fitness and luxury travel, Hyatt’s partnership with Peloton offers a new and exciting way to earn points while staying active on the road.
