The GoDaddy Global Entrepreneurship survey has shed light on the perspectives of Indian entrepreneurs and small business owners regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in their businesses. The survey revealed that a staggering 94% of small business owners in India consider implementing AI as crucial for achieving positive outcomes.

Among the top reasons cited for investing in AI tools were the potential for improved customer service, increased efficiency, and better decision-making through data-driven insights. Respondents also highlighted key areas where AI could benefit their operations the most, including marketing, business planning & strategy, and customer experience.

Despite the optimism surrounding AI, survey participants expressed concerns about the lack of awareness about available solutions, understanding of the benefits, potential costs, and time constraints for implementation. To address these challenges, GoDaddy is offering user-friendly AI services like GoDaddy Studio, domains with a .ai extension, and WordPress Hosting with AI capabilities.

Moreover, GoDaddy is providing free AI resources such as the AI Prompt Library to help entrepreneurs learn how AI can streamline their workflows and accelerate business growth. With 87% of respondents expecting their businesses to grow in the next 3 to 5 years, the survey results underscore the aspirations of Indian entrepreneurs for digital transformation and future growth.
