Reading Time: < 1 minute

The Town of Innisfil is gearing up to host an A.I. Bootcamp for Entrepreneurs in partnership with Nottawasaga Futures and the County of Simcoe. Scheduled to kick off on May 30 and run weekly until June 13, the boot camp aims to demystify artificial intelligence (A.I.) and showcase its potential to revolutionize business operations for entrepreneurs and business owners in Simcoe County.

Mayor Lynn Dollin expressed excitement about the event, highlighting the town’s commitment to equipping local businesses with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in the digital era. The boot camp will consist of three sessions: Introduction to A.I. for Business, A.I. for Marketing, and Implementing A.I. in Business Operations and Beyond workshops.

Participants can expect to gain a solid understanding of A.I. fundamentals and practical insights on leveraging A.I. tools to streamline operations and drive business growth. The sessions will offer hands-on experiences with A.I. tools, catering to all skill levels, including beginners.

Aligned with Innisfil’s economic development strategic plan, the A.I. Bootcamp for Entrepreneurs supports an innovation-enabled economy, a key goal outlined in the plan. The collaboration with Nottawasaga Futures and the County of Simcoe underscores the town’s commitment to fostering a cohesive community and leveraging resources to bolster economic development.

Entrepreneurs interested in participating in the A.I. Bootcamp can sign up by May 28 for the sessions on May 30, June 6, and June 13.
