In an exclusive interview with E! News at the Drama League Awards, Radcliffe expressed his doubts about reprising his role, stating that producers may want to keep the two franchises separate.

“I don’t think so,” Radcliffe said. “I think they very wisely want to [have] a clean break. And I don’t know if it would work to have us do anything in it.”

While Radcliffe seems content to watch the series as a fan, he did leave the door slightly open for a potential return if the production were to ask him. When pressed on the matter, Radcliffe humorously dodged the question, saying he prefers not to deal in hypotheticals.
