Position Contributions to Work Group:
- As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for solution design following modern UI best practices. This includes hands-on code development, maintaining technical debt, leading proof of concepts or major spikes, and refining requirements into technical features and user stories. Collaboration with front-end and back-end leads/teams, end-to-end architects, Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers is essential for effective delivery.

Typical Day or Week in the Role:Task Breakdown:
- Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining intuitive and performant UI.
- Integration and development with Grafana visualization.

- Collaborate with a team of 3 developers, 1 scrum master, 1 product owner, 1 tester, and 1 lead.

Candidate Requirements:Education & Experience:
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
- BachelorÂ’s degree in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience.
Technical Skills (Required):
- Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining intuitive and performant UI.
- Integration and development with Grafana visualization.
- Experience working within an Agile framework, ideally Scrum.
- Strong understanding and/or experience with:
- UI middleware and mocking technologies/tools like Redux-Saga and Mirage JS.
- API development tools like Swagger and Postman.
- AWS Cloud, automated CI/CD, and BDD with Cucumber.
- TypeScript, React, and Redux (5+ years of experience).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in web application and UI development, including skills such as Jest, Webpack, RESTful API, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building new web applications, leading major technical POCs, and developing higher-order reusable UI components like dashboards, widgets, and custom tables.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Soft Skills (Required):
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
