Jaden Rashada, Former Arizona State Quarterback, Transferring to Georgia After One Season

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Jaden Rashada, the highly-touted quarterback who recently entered the transfer portal, has found a new home at the University of Georgia. Rashada, who initially committed to Miami before flipping to Florida and then ultimately landing at Arizona State, is now set to join the Bulldogs.

Rashada’s journey to Georgia was filled with twists and turns, including a reported $13.85 million NIL deal with the Gator Collective that fell through, leading him to Arizona State. Despite winning the starting job, a knee injury sidelined Rashada for nine games, limiting his playing time this season.

Georgia already has a successful quarterback in Carson Beck, who went 12-1 last year, with the lone loss coming in the SEC Championship against Alabama. The Bulldogs are looking to build on their success and make a run for the College Football Playoff next season.

Arizona State head coach Kenny Dillingham showed support for Rashada’s decision to transfer, praising him as an elite talent and a great person. Rashada expressed his desire to find the best fit for his career, and it seems like Georgia could be the perfect landing spot for the talented quarterback.

As Rashada embarks on this new chapter in his college football career, fans will be eagerly watching to see how he performs in the red and black of the Bulldogs. With his skills and determination, Rashada could be a game-changer for Georgia as they aim for success in the upcoming season.
