Jeffrey Wright, known for his role in “Westworld,” is set to join the cast of HBO’s “The Last of Us” season two. The show, based on the popular PlayStation video game, has already garnered critical acclaim and a loyal fan base.
Wright will be playing the role of Isaac, a quietly powerful leader of a large militia group who finds himself embroiled in an endless war against a resourceful enemy. Fans of the game will recognize Wright’s voice from his previous work in “The Last of Us Part II.”
The second season of “The Last of Us” will also feature new additions to the cast, including Kaitlyn Dever, Isabela Merced, Young Mazino, Ariela Barer, Tati Gabrielle, and Spencer Lord.
