“I’m probably down 70-something pounds. I’ve been really kicking ass, man,” Jelly Roll shared about his healthier lifestyle. He has been doing two to three miles a day, four to six days a week, along with sauna sessions and cold plunges. Despite completing the race, Jelly Roll has no plans of slowing down and hopes to lose another 100lbs.
