Jennifer Garner is all set to bring some holiday cheer to audiences with her upcoming project, ‘Mrs. Claus’. The talented actor will not only star in the holiday comedy but will also produce it, reported Deadline.

Garner, who has previously worked on popular family films like ‘Family Leave’ and ‘Yes Day’, as well as the science fiction movie ‘The Adam Project’ alongside Ryan Reynolds, is now teaming up with Netflix once again for ‘Mrs. Claus’.

The details of the movie’s plot are being kept under wraps, but it is known that Hello Sunshine, the production company behind the critically acclaimed series ‘The Last Thing He Told Me’, will be producing the film. Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter are also attached as producers, with Leah McKendrick penning the script.

In addition to ‘Mrs. Claus’, Garner has also signed on to star in Max Winkler’s true-crime film ‘Fruitcake’, which tells the story of a middle-class couple who embezzle millions from a popular Texas-based business.

McKendrick, the writer of ‘Mrs. Claus’, is known for her work on the dramedy ‘Scrambled’ and the upcoming ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ sequel for Sony.

With an exciting lineup of projects in the works, including the second season of ‘The Last Thing He Told Me’ and the Amazon MGM Studios comedy ‘You’re Cordially Invited’, Garner is definitely keeping busy in the entertainment industry.
